FINE ART TRANSPORTATION IN TORONTO
Our local service area is south of Highway 401 and east of Highway 427, which covers most of the Greater Toronto Area.
Our award-winning commercial trucks follow the strict standards of International art transportation. The trucks all have Climate-control, air-ride, GPS tracking, and are lift gate equipped.
Beyond Toronto we run consolidated shuttles to New York bi-weekly and monthly to Montreal and Ottawa, and have a lot of experience with fairs across North America. Rural, cottage and secondary-residence collections are handled on the same terms.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
We prefer 1-2 weeks notice for most jobs, but we can often accommodate last minute requests.
WHAT IF THE WORK IS OUTSIDE YOUR LOCAL AREA?
We go anywhere in Southern Ontario, and further with dedicated runs. Outside the local zone a travel fee applies — the office will quote it before we book.
IS THE WORK INSURED IN TRANSIT?
Yes, all shipments are covered under our standard statutory carrier liability. But for peace of mind or for high-value shipments we strongly recommend additional protection. Full Value Excess Liability coverage is available upon request, ensuring your shipment is completely protected for its full appraised value from origin to destination. Please contact our team before your scheduled pickup to arrange extended coverage.

Consolidated shuttles, door-to-door, two-man crew, customs clearance through our broker network. Bonded warehousing coming soon.
RATES
- Local transportation, 2 technicians (1 hour minimum)
- Each additional art handler (4 hour minimum)
- Evenings after 6pm and weekends (4 hour minimum)
- New York, Montreal and Ottawa shuttles
Dedicated and semi-dedicated shuttles throughout Southern Ontario are also available. Saturday service is available for full-day jobs — contact the office to schedule in advance. Cargo insurance available upon request.
