OUR INSTALLATION METHODOLOGY
artverb* takes art installation very seriously. We have the highest standards in the industry. Whether it’s a simple painting or a complex sculptural installation for a gallery, we always strive for the best in safety and precision. Our installers use only the highest grade museum hardware and best tools for accuracy. When you hire us for an art installation, you are in capable hands that can assist with art placement, height suggestions and complex salon style compositions.
- We have full liability insurance, WSIB coverage, and Working at Height Training certificates.
- All installs are completed with at least 2 technicians and at least one “lead installer”
- Lead installers are senior employees who have at least 5 years of experience
- Art hanging hardware is included at no additional cost
- We only use professional-grade art hanging hardware
- We are proficient in installing with security hardware
- We can offer many installation solutions, including various track systems and hanging options

COMMON QUESTIONS
CAN YOU INSTALL INTO BRICK OR CONCRETE?
Yes, no problem. Our installers are always equipped with hammer drills and the appropriate hardware.
CAN YOU INSTALL ART UP REALLY HIGH?
Yes, generally we can install up to about 20 ft with ladders. Some difficult jobs may require us to use scaffolding.
CAN YOU INSTALL OUR ENTIRE HOUSE?
Yes, we often do entire homes. We are experts in handling and installing large collections.
DO YOUR INSTALLERS HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have liability insurance, WSIB coverage, and Working at Heights certification.
CAN YOU ASSIST WITH PLACEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS?
Yes, our installers are also artists, so they are great at suggesting placement options.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Premium art hanging hardware included, not billed as an extra
- Technicians covered by WSIB and have “Working at Heights” certification
- Laser levelling and centre-line layout
- Plinths, vitrines and floor works positioned and levelled
- Photo documentation of installed artwork is always done
RECENT INSTALLS
RATES
- Installation, 2 technicians (billed to actuals in 15 minute increments)
- Each additional technician (4 hour minimum)
- Travel fee (waived if combined with transportation) - flat rate for local Toronto
Additional fees may apply for locations outside our local Toronto service area.
