Local Transportation Services

Local Toronto service area (South of Hwy 401 & East of Hwy 427)

$200/hr for 2 technicians (1 hour minimum)
$75/hr for each additional art handler (4 hour minimum)
1.5 x rate for evenings (after 6pm) and weekends (4 hour minimum)
Climate control, air-ride suspension, lift gate equipped, fully alarmed, unmarked trucks
Cargo insurance available upon request

Dedicated and semi-dedicated shuttles throughout Southern Ontario also available.

Art Packing Services

$190/hr for 2 technicians (1 hour minimum)
$50 flat fee to cover travel if not combined with transportation services (additional fees may apply for locations outside our local Toronto service area)
$75/hr for each additional technician (4 hour minimum)
Work is carefully tracked and billed to actuals
Custom wrapping for 2D and 3D works (including shadow boxes)
Condition reports
Cataloguing and inventory services

Packing materials used are billed separately.
Available packing materials include bubble wrap, cardboard, poly foam, 7mm plastic, coreplast, acid-free tissue, glassine tyvek, and artstrong bags.

Installation Services

$190/hr for 2 technicians (1 hour minimum)

Comprehensive General Liability coverage
Our technicians are covered by WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board)

Expert advice on art placement for residential and commercial spaces $150/first hour $100/hr thereafter.

Art Storage

We now offer ULC Certified “museum standard ” art storage in our secure downtown Toronto facility. Our high security vault is Temperature and Humidity controlled using the latest in technology to remotely monitor and record. Our security incorporates state-of-the-Art Biometrics and remote monitoring. We have both short and long term storage options. Please contact us for a Facility Report and pricing.

Viewing Gallery

We now offer a 750 sq ft Viewing Gallery, conveniently attached to our downtown warehouse. It’s a discreet and temperature controlled white walled space ideal for an art viewing, documentation, or conservation work.

$275 first hour with one onsite technician and 30 minute prep time.
$150/hr additional time
Additional resources: $65/hr per technician
Day Rate: $1100 with one onsite technician and 30 minute prep time.

New York Shuttle Services

Regular consolidated shuttle service between Toronto and New York City area
Climate control, air-ride suspension, lift gate equipped, fully alarmed, unmarked trucks
Door-to-door services by a skilled two-man crew
GPS Tracking available
Preparation of all related shipping documentation
Customs clearance through our broker network or coordination with your agent
