April Fool’s Day 2017!

AprilFoolsJoke.jpartverb* APRIL FOOL’S JOKE 2017!
Unfortunately drone art delivery services are not starting May 1st in the Toronto, area. Sorry we fooled quite a few folks out there. Although drone delivery is the future for many industries, we are quite a long ways away for it to make sense in the world of fine art services….

Here is the full April Fool’s posting:

In an effort to be innovative far beyond its competitors in the Fine Art Services industry, artverb is now incorporating the latest in drone technology to safely deliver your valuable and fragile artwork to your home. Launching Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) from atop delivery trucks doing city deliveries is the future for package delivery companies. With companies like UPS, Amazon and Dominos already doing test scenarios involving drones, it make sense that art delivery wouldn’t be that far behind. If a pizza can be delivered by a drone, why not a painting? artverb is the first to offer this amazing breakthrough in delivery technology.

Art deliveries can often be miles apart by road, sending a drone from a truck to make just one of those deliveries can reduce costly miles driven. This is a big step toward bolstering efficiency and reducing emissions at the same time.

“Our art handlers are the face of the company, and that won’t change, but what’s exciting is the potential for drones to aid drivers at various parts along their routes, helping them save time and increasing customer service needs. The future of art delivery is not in sophisticated trucks, but automated unmanned aerial vehicles. The future is NOW!”
